Chief Judge Timothy Evans (JD ’69) of the Circuit Court of Cook County received special recognition from John Marshall’s Black Law Students Association (BLSA) members for his continued support. Presenting the award on behalf of John Marshall’s Glenn T. Johnson Chapter of BLSA is its president, Kristin Johnson.
The Black Law Students Association (BLSA) honored Lenny M. Asaro (JD ’95) for his outstanding legacy as a John Marshall graduate. He is with Neal & Leroy LLC practicing eminent domain, land use and zoning. Congratulating him on his honor are Jason Beasley and BLSA President Kristin Johnson.
Rep. André Thapedi (JD ’96) received the outstanding alumnus award from the Black Law Students Association. Today he serves in the Illinois legislature representing the 32nd District. Presenting the award were Dibora Berhanu (left) and Kristin Johnson, president of BLSA.
