Delegates chose public school funding language deliberately: Professor Lousin

As published by Chicago Daily Law Bulletin Professor Ann Lousin explains the delegates intention when choosing the wording for the portion of the Illinois Constitution that dealt with funding public schools. She said, “the delegates chose the language deliberately because they were strong believers in local control.”
