Innovatio's lawyer, Matt McAndrews of Niro Haller & Niro, said … there is "widespread infringement" of Innovatio's patents that possibly extends to anyone using a cellphone, tablet or computer that connects to a Wi-Fi network. But he added that he does not intend to pursue "individual use."
